The New FTC Rullings and How It Can Affect How You Do Business On The Internet

Have you seen the new updated FTC rulings on how you now will have to operate your business online. Bye the way I think these updated rulings are great as one of the rulings is that all owners of these business opportunities will now have to have substantiated proof in their disclaimers that the program works as stated on the sales page.

There are too many Internet programs out there that are not worth the Internet paper that they are written on and now the opportunity seeker will have a much better chance of succeeding online as they will be dealing with programs that are proven to work and are backed up in writing.

If the US Safe Web Act gets implemented the FTC would be able to share information that it gathers in an investigation with cross border authorities and which will intern enable these cross border authorities to bring action against the scammers.

Improving Information Gathering is crucial in the FTC fight against scammers

When the FTC investigates a suspicious company of trying to scam someone off fraud and deception it depends on early information from such places as credit card companies,banks,payment processing companies,Isp’s and Domain registrar’s to enable the FTC to do their job before these dishonest people are informed however with the recent rulings that are in place the schemers get the information from the mentioned sources and then they go and set up offshore accounts that protect their evil assets.

The most effective way for the FTC to lay charges against these shady people is for their investigation to be kept silent and hit the crocks with the ultimate suppress before been able to act.

Suspicion of buying business opportunities on the internet

There is a lot of paranoia on the Internet these days in thinking every business opportunity on the net is garbage and that is completely not true as there are many good business operators out there with good honest offers like for example Perry Marshall has been offering affiliate opportunities for many years now to which are sound and substantiated.

In my opinion look for the well established gurus who have an honest background and you will be able to get your hands on some of the most worthwhile programs out there on the internet today.
