Here Are Some Techniques On How To Blog

Today my blog is on some techniques on how to write successful blogs and as I am seeing there are so many bloggers that are doing it all wrong. Blogs were never intended to be a place to sell anything as they are intended for information on yourself or a new product on the market. If you are marketing your own product or acting as an affiliate then this is an excellent avenue for informing the public on that new product you are marketing and the key here is to use the blog for informational purposes only.

The Reader Will Know A Sales Pitch When They See It

There was a time when the internet was new that you probably could get away with a Sales Pitched Blog however today the reader will spot this type of blog a mile away as there has been so much of this blogging behavior in the past,as soon as a reader will notice the sales pitch they will most likely quit reading your blog and you will likely loose your reputation with that reader for good.

Put Yourself In The Readers Shoes

Put yourself in the shoes of the reader and you come across a blog that all the intentions were on trying to sell you something. I don’t know about you but I would soon put this type of blog in the trash bin. Lets also say you yourself had a well written blog and all the comments on that blog were people who were just trying to sell you there stuff. Comments of this nature always end up in my spam reports.

A very important final note here and that is if you are writing to inform people about a product that you are an affiliate for make sure you disclose your relationship with the company of that product as this is a requirement of the FTC guidlines.
